IOTA Announces Major Leadership Changes to Drive Future Growth

The
IOTA
Foundation
has
announced
significant
changes
in
its
leadership
structure,
marking
a
new
phase
in
its
organizational
development,
according
to
the
IOTA
Foundation
Blog.
Dr.
Navin
Ramachandran
will
join
the
Supervisory
Board,
while
Dr.
Anja
Raden,
Jan
Misselwitz,
and
Luca
Moser
will
be
part
of
the
Board
of
Directors.
Additionally,
Dr.
Christoph
Strnadl
will
lead
the
newly
established
Technology
Adoption
department.

New
Appointments
for
Supervisory
Board
and
Board
of
Directors

Dr.
Navin
Ramachandran,
who
has
been
with
the
IOTA
Foundation
since
2016,
will
now
serve
on
the
Supervisory
Board.
Ramachandran
brings
a
wealth
of
experience
as
a
practicing
medical
doctor
and
healthcare
researcher.
He
previously
served
on
the
Board
of
Directors
and
advised
the
UK’s
All-Party
Parliamentary
Group
on
Blockchain.
Joining
him
on
the
Supervisory
Board
are
Professor
Serguei
Popov,
a
research
mathematician
and
co-founder
of
IOTA,
and
Clinton
Walker,
General
Counsel
at
Barclays
Bank
Delaware.

With
Ramachandran’s
transition,
the
Board
of
Directors
will
now
consist
of
Dr.
Anja
Raden,
who
will
oversee
Legal
and
Regulatory
Affairs;
Jan
Misselwitz,
in
charge
of
Finance
&
People;
and
Luca
Moser,
responsible
for
Research
&
Development.
The
Board
will
be
chaired
by
Dominik
Schiener,
Co-Founder
of
the
IOTA
Foundation.

New
Director
of
Technology
Adoption:
Dr.
Christoph
Strnadl

Dr.
Christoph
Strnadl
has
been
appointed
as
the
new
Director
of
Technology
Adoption.
Strnadl
brings
over
30
years
of
expertise
in
IT
consulting
and
management,
focusing
on
harnessing
technology
for
business
benefits.
His
previous
roles
include
strategy
consultant
and
business
manager
at
Atos,
and
several
technology
leadership
positions
at
Software
AG,
where
he
eventually
became
Deputy
CTO.

Strnadl’s
role
will
be
crucial
in
driving
technology
adoption
initiatives
within
the
business-to-business
(B2B)
and
corporate
domains.
His
projects
will
include
the
tokenization
of
physical
assets,
digital
identity
frameworks,
and
the
Trade
Logistics
Information
Pipeline
(TLIP),
among
others.

The
establishment
of
the
Technology
Adoption
Department
marks
a
significant
milestone
for
the
IOTA
Foundation.
This
new
department
aligns
with
the
Foundation’s
mission
to
drive
real-world
applications
of
