SingularityNET
(AGIX)
and
AL’MA
Action
Logement
are
leveraging
AI
and
Knowledge
Graphs
to
innovate
sustainable
construction
practices.

SingularityNET (AGIX) and AL’MA Action Logement Utilize AI and Knowledge Graphs for Sustainable Construction

In
a
groundbreaking
initiative,
SingularityNET
(AGIX),
a
prominent
AI
platform
developer,
and
AL’MA
Action
Logement
have
joined
forces
to
innovate
the
construction
sector
using
artificial
intelligence
(AI)
and
Knowledge
Graphs.
This
collaboration
is
part
of
the
“Better
Homes
4
All”
digital
twin
ecosystem
project
for
AL’MA
Home
Flower
Village,
which
aims
to
set
a
new
standard
for
smart
building.

Innovative
Collaboration
for
Smart
Building

According
to

SingularityNET
,
the
partnership
integrates
SingularityNET’s
Knowledge
Layer
with
Building
Information
Modeling
(BIM)
data.
The
project
includes
contributions
from
various
partners
such
as
I
AM
HOME
1.618,
Saint
Gobain,
and
Leonard,
the
innovation
platform
of
Vinci
Group.

AL’MA
Action
Logement
is
spearheading
the
construction
of
sustainable
homes,
focusing
on
eco-friendly
practices
in
Mayotte.
The
pilot
project,
AL’MA
Home
Flower
Village,
features
240
homes
designed
to
leverage
AI
and
digital
tools
to
enhance
sustainable
urban
development.

Addressing
Sustainable
Housing
Challenges

The
Better
Homes
4
All
initiative
targets
the
affordable
and
sustainable
housing
value
chain,
employing
a
“productization”
approach
through
AL’MA
HOME.
The
project
utilizes
a
variety
of
low-carbon
building
systems,
including
prefabricated
wood,
compressed
earth
bricks,
low-carbon
steel
and
fiberglass,
and
low-carbon
concrete
precast
and
brick.

SingularityNET’s
mission
to
create
decentralized
and
beneficial
Artificial
General
Intelligence
(AGI)
aligns
with
the
project’s
sustainability
goals.
The
collaboration
aims
to
address
significant
issues
like
the
construction
sector’s
contribution
to
European
greenhouse
gas
emissions,
supporting
the
European
Union’s
objective
of
zero-emission
new
buildings
by
2030.

Overcoming
Data
Interoperability
Challenges

One
of
the
major
hurdles
in
the
construction
industry
is
data
interoperability
due
to
proprietary
data
schemas
and
heterogeneous
data
sources.
BIM
data
audits
require
considerable
human
effort,
and
the
object-oriented
and
parametric
nature
of
BIM
information
complicates
the
understanding
of
relationships
between
materials
and
objects.

SingularityNET
proposes
a
Knowledge
Layer
for
Smart
Buildings,
utilizing
a
Metagraph
(graph
of
graphs)
to
enable
more
intelligent
querying
and
analysis
of
building
information.
This
consistent
Knowledge
Graph
of
materials
aims
to
provide
transparent
data
provenance
and
potentially
enable
generative
building
design.

Integrating
AI
for
Enhanced
Efficiency

The
collaboration
between
SingularityNET
and
AL’MA
Action
Logement
aims
to
reconfigure
and
strengthen
the
entire
value
chain
using
AI,
blockchain,
and
tokenization.
This
approach
promises
to
bring
new
innovations
to
affordable
and
sustainable
housing,
addressing
the
climate
and
social
emergency
by
enhancing
collective
efficiency
and
project
impact.

Janet
Adams,
COO
of
SingularityNET,
stated,
“SingularityNET
is
committed
to
a
positive
impact
as
it
aims
to
foster
intelligent
systems
in
various
industries
such
as
the
construction
sector.
With
Better
Homes
4
All
and
AL’MA
HOME,
we
tackle
the
challenges
of
affordable
smart
homes
delivery.”

Dr.
Delphine
Sangodeyi,
CEO
of
AL’MA,
added,
“The
partnership
with
SingularityNET
is
an
important
milestone,
reinforcing
our
ecosystem
of
partners,
working
together
on
innovative
solutions
as
AL’MA
HOME,
using
AI
and
metaverse
for
large-scale
production
of
affordable
sustainable
homes
and
better
cities.”
