used
“religious
overtones”
when
soliciting
investors.
Cynthia

dubbed
herself
the
“Reverend
CEO”
in
NovaTech
promotional
materials
and
on
her
social
media
profiles,
and
claimed
that
God
sent
her
a
“vision”
of
starting
the
company
while
she
was
brushing
her
teeth.
